About Lee Bailey Custom Homes and Remodeling

Lee Bailey entered the carpentry trade during summers while in high school. Upon graduation Bailey ventured on to obtain his college education and later served our country in the military. After his military service, Lee joined a major homebuilder in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, where he began his career as an Assistant Superintendent and was later promoted to General Superintendent.

Bailey's passion to create a custom home business of his own was achieved in 1962. Lee's business provided multi-family, motel, and church construction services in the DFW area, for 21 years. In 1983, Mr. Bailey moved to Granbury, Texas where he continued his building and remodeling business.

Lee brought a wealth of experience to the Granbury area and has built an excellent reputation in the remodeling and custom building business. Bailey's business proved to be a success within a short time and became one of the top remodeling organizations as well as building quality custom homes and commercial projects.

Lee Bailey Custom Homes & Remodeling specializes in the "design-build" concept, which encourages his clients to be actively involved in the design phase as well as the ability to choose any needed fixtures, accessories, or products. Lee feels the design-build concept helps his clients to achieve the desired outcome and understand the projected cost prior to beginning the project. In many occasions, this begins with the planning stage, with the help of Granbury's most well know and professional design team, Pro-Cad Plus.
